i mean there is something in the background of the page, whether it's the image or coding or what, that seriously slows down the scrolling of the page.

I've not got a problem at my end, I'm afraid, so I don't know what could be causing that... It won't be the background image, because that's small and simple - and fixed. Might be something in the scripting, but that's down to conforums, I can't do anything about that.. sorry!

seriously dude, try a different computer.
i'm using XP with half a gig of RAM and it's plenty fast enough. i normally use Opera Browser but i just tried it in IE7 and it's still slow to scroll.
it's really annoying.

I've tried it on a at least 3 computers, and my laptop. IE7, IE6 and Firefox. No problems that I can notice.
Does anyone else have any scrolling problems, either with the sidebar or mouse scroller?
